Given the perishable nature of our products, cancellation and modification requests are subject to the stage of order processing. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order.

We strive to deliver your orders within the estimated timeframes displayed at checkout. However, delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, customs clearance, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete, as we cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Due to the perishable nature of our mithai products, we generally do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue, and we will work with you to resolve it — either through a replacement or a refund at our discretion.

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. For custom Build Your Own Box orders, cancellations or modifications may not be possible once the order has entered preparation.

We strive to ensure that all information on the Site — including product descriptions, ingredients, images, and pricing — is accurate and up to date. However, we do not warrant that the content is free from errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors and update information at any time without prior notice.
