Crafted For Indulgence. Designed for wellness
Every mithai is free from refined sugar. Every namkeen is made with olive oil. No compromises on taste. No compromises on your health.
IKAI'S STORY
IKAI was created with a simple but uncompromising belief—that Indian mithai and namkeen deserve to stand in the world of true luxury.
For too long, Indian sweets were celebrated emotionally but rarely elevated structurally. Ingredient quality was compromised. Packaging was forgettable. Presentation lacked permanence.
We believed tradition deserved better. IKAI was built to change that.
Using A2 cow ghee, no refined white sugar, olive oil-crafted namkeen, patented architectural packaging, and a design-first philosophy, we created a house where Indian food heritage could finally be experienced with the dignity it always deserved. We do not modernise tradition. We dignify it.
IKAI — derived from "EK", the sanskrit word for one. A celebration of India's rich culinary heritage, created guilt-free through generations-old recipes.

HARMIT SINGH
Dr. Harmitsingh Sikh built IKAI from a singular conviction that India could create its first true global luxury food brand. With a background shaped by design, management, and deep entrepreneurial instinct, he saw a clear gap: Indian mithai and namkeen had emotional value, but lacked the global luxury language they deserved.
